Over the course of 25 years I've leveraged my ambidextrous leadership expertise - both market facing and operational - to help organizations grow revenues, improve profitability and successfully adapt in fast changing business environments.

That situational awareness has been a common thread and source of value creation throughout T.J.'s 25 years across multiple industry sectors including: Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Travel and Hospitality, Insurance, Publishing, Financial Services, and Transportation.

From figuring out how to ignite interest and participation when launching a youth program while playing professional baseball in Italy; to identifying and capturing emerging market opportunities, creating new market space and getting legislation passed over entrenched opposition while at AAA; to leading a growing professional services business through several "life-stage" transitions, including conceptualizing, developing and implementing initiatives to transform an at-risk business model, the ability to see quickly and accurately what is happening, why it's happening and anticipate what's coming next has been key to his ability to increase organizational value.

T.J. is an adjunct professor at Boston University's Graduate School of Communications and has lectured at Babson's Graduate School of Business and Bentley College.

T.J. received a BA with honors from Harvard College.
